Hello! We recently moved to Jurmala. I need someone to help organize, and help with the basic things at home, do laundry, iron, clean the floor, bathrooms, sauna. The salary that I offer are 2000€ a month, I can pay monthly or weekly.

I also have a baby of two months that sometimes I will need to take care of.

They will be about 8 hours a day, but not everyday I will need you to stay 8 hours. I will pay like if you come 8 hours a day, for example from 9 till 17, and maybe I say you to stay 4 hours doing things of house and 4 hours with the baby, or another day I tell you just to stay withmy daughter if I need to go somewhere. Some days I will need you to stay probably less hours if there is nothing to do but I will still pay the same.

In theory on Sundays will not be necesarry to work and neither at nights, only puntual days if I go to some dinner what will not be usual. Neither on Saturdays or maybe four hours max. So the idea is not do more that 40 hours weekly.

I only talk English.
